Operators of recycling facilities.

LOOBA is recycler-agnostic. Producers do not appoint you. LOOBA selects, contracts, supervises and, if needed, replaces approved operators. You perform treatment; you do not hold the producer’s recycling reserve.

What joining the network means

  • Competitive selection on chemistry, capacity, recovery performance and compliance.
  • Settlement from the programme when end-of-life treatment is instructed — not prepaid producer funds sitting on your balance sheet.
  • Phase 1 markets are being established; further EU member states follow. LFP and sodium-ion are the current chemistry focus.
